Philadelphia Youth Network connects city teens with summer jobs and internships from its office on Market Street. The organization holds 2.4 stars from 59 reviews. Families who have stayed with the program across several years describe their kids earning paychecks and building work experience that keeps them focused through the summer months. Parents point to staff like Michelle, who steps in when questions come up. Weekday hours run 8:30 to 5:00. For young people across the city, it serves as a first real foothold in the working world, the kind of early experience that shapes how a teenager thinks about a career.
