College Settlement is a summer camp on Witmer Road in Horsham, holding 4.6 stars from 56 reviews. Campers swim, fish, and crawl through the creek between group challenges that play out across the property. The biggest draw for many families is the no cell phone policy. With screens set aside, kids spend the week climbing, splashing, and figuring things out face to face. The camp runs weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM through the summer, and plenty of families send the same children back season after season. That kind of loyalty tells its own story.
