Hands down Ralph's Auto is the BEST in town! They're honest, trustworthy, reliable & offer competitive pricing. A big shout out to Allie who offers excellent customer service and keeps the shop running like a well oil machine. A huge thank you to Ralph, I appreciate you taking on my job I know it wasn't easy and having it done on same day is impressive.

UPDATE: I went back here for a vibration issue I was having. I was told the mechanic drove it home and was certain it was the front brakes causing it. They replaced pads & rotors, and I still had a vibration, and now a new noise coming from the front of the car. I had them drive it again and they could not hear it. Picked the car back up and heard it after 10 minutes of driving. I was not going to bring it back a 3rd time. I had another shop in town check it out, and they found 1 wheel had no wheel weights at all and the wheels needed to be balanced. In addition to this, they saw my valve cover gaskets were leaking. So perhaps this shop takes on too much work (hence all the cars there) and isn't noticing the details when it comes to its customers cars.
I was hesitant about going here because everytime I go by, the lot is PACKED with cars. I called and made an appointment very easily. When I dropped off the car (after hours) the lot was FILLED with cars, had to be 20 of them. Yet the next day by lunch time, I already got a call with the evaluation of my car with a quote! By the next day around 2pm, the car was done. Great communication and easy to deal with. I'll look to make this my regular shop.

Would genuinely recommend Ralph’s to anyone I meet. Not only is the staff incredibly friendly but the prices are also very reasonably and I’ve never had an issue with making an appointment. Have been going to them for the past three years and have 0 complaints.

Ralph’s is one of my all time favorite business- not just in the world of car maintenance and repair, but overall. The staff at Ralph’s help you feel at ease immediately, listen to your concerns and help to educate you about your car along the way. I love taking my car there and am always 100% satisfied with the service. This is one of those places you go and you just kinda feel like you’re home. For any car maintenance needs, I recommend Ralph’s!

Can’t say enough good things about Ralph’s. We have been going there for years. They are always up front and do a great job explaining how they want to fix it. They always go out of their way to help us. The prices always seem fair and work is done quickly. I always recommend Ralph’s to others!
