We just had our first service with the crew from Patkin and I am SO HAPPY with their work! My garden looks fantastic, everything is neat and tidy, the guys were awesome to work with, and all of my specifications were met. And they did a ton of work on a hot day amazingly quickly and with obvious pride in their work. So happy we found this company!

I am installing a brand new front garden, and have been incredibly indecisive and just all around nervous about making the right choices. Eric and his team have been so patient and understanding with me throughout this design process. I think we’ve finally nailed down a design, and I’m very excited to see how it turns out. Will update with photos when it’s done!

My husband and I were already clients to have our lawn mowed bi-weekly, but today they planted tiger lillies across the front of our property. Adam, Joshua and the crew were excellent. Their efficiency and pleasant personalities insure that we will definitely hire them again.

They would often park in my neighbor’s driveway, even after we spoke with them and asked them not to and our neighbor said something to them as well. For fall leaf clean-ups, they come at a time when is convenient for them, rather than when the bulk of leaves were down. There was no flexibility of scheduling even if I asked. They typically came for the first clean-up when barely any leaves fell, and came the second time when slightly more than half of the leaves fell, leading to needing a 3rd clean-up at added cost. The last straw for us was when we requested to not do a 2nd fall clean-up because of this, and they refused our request and did and did a clean-up and tried to charge us for it anyway. Their trucks also frequently park in a way that blocks traffic. Other companies are also less expensive.

Josh and his team did a fantastic job removing brush and ivy and putting down grass and privacy hedges. Josh spent a long time with me discussing the project and talking about my options, and was very patient and respectful while I deliberated. Josh is extremely responsive and has gone above and beyond in ensuring that the grass and hedges look good and thrive. I will be using his services again soon!
