I love this store! I went in on a very busy day and needed balloons and decorations for my daughter‘s birthday party. I waited to the last minute, but still they were able to help me and get me everything I needed. The people that work there are so helpful and so nice. I would recommend this store to everyone!

Don & Diego were pretty busy on a Sunday afternoon when I stopped in, but that didn’t stop them from assisting me with balloon & birthday decor purchases. Don even made it a point to advise me that a balloon I had picked out wasn’t a great buy for something I wanted to last the next 3-4 days - I respect his honesty because he could have sold it to me and let me go on my merry way. When I returned to the store the following day to pick up my balloons, Diego had my order ready & waiting before the scheduled pick up time. Very happy with the customer service (& the balloons looked great too).

My wife was at this store today. The manager (maybe the owner) was extremely rude. He kept on asking my wife to place the order for the balloons while she was still shopping. Any question she asked him, he was extremely rude to a point where she left the store crying and did not buy anything. A very nice clerk (a woman) that works there came to help me but at that point my wife was in tears and very disappointed. This is a store that is supposed to create happy moments. If this man does not want to serve people properly, he should do something else. Although we live very close to that store (walking distance) we will never be back there. This man needs an anger management training, a very intensive one.
And apparently the owner only reacts to the positive reviews.

I called this place today asking if they had a football shaped piñata. Whoever answered the phone said he wasn't sure but didn't think so but I could come to the store and look myself. I guess it was too much work to check for me. I've worked retail and if I ever spoke to a potential customer that way, I would have been fired. Very rude. I will not be spending my money here ever.

Wayne, Don and the team at Party Fair did an amazing job with my granddaughters 1st birthday balloons. They were very patient (I am very particular) and made sure everything was exactly the way I pictured. They understood her latex allergy and made sure everything was perfect!! Thank you!!
