I came in about a week ago to place a cake order, and the service was unprofessional and off putting. I walked in to be rudely stared at with no greeting. The entire cake ordering process was unnecessarily long. It seemed like she didn’t want to take my order and was in a hurry to get me out of the bakery. I went to pick up the cake this week, and the exterior was ugly & CLEARLY not what I asked for. Before leaving I went back in to address my issue, and the employees still gave me attitude, stating how there was nothing that could be done. I walked out with an ugly cake and no refund. I can't speak to everything offered here but I ordered donuts and they were pretty good and fresh, however I also have limited experience with going to actual bakeries. I wanted to support a small business while trying something new. The customer service was definitely lacking/borderline rude but honestly someone could spit on me and if they had good enough products I'd be back. That being said, I do plan to try and return at some point to try out the "doissants," but couldn't see it happening for just donuts given the atmosphere. I'll update if the overall attitude/atmosphere is better next time, everyone could have just been having a bad day.

My wife had Jacquette’s chocolate chip pound cake at a work function and loved it, so we ordered our son’s baptism cake from there and also started sampling other products. The cake was pricey ($75 for a cake that served 25-30) but was beautifully decorated and the hit of the party.
I will say the donuts are a hidden gem - for the same price as Dunkin, you get fresh in-house baked donuts in a lot of flavors (yes, they have pumpkin and apple cinnamon outside of fall it seems). You can get two with coffee for under $5 as well. The lines out the door weekend or holiday mornings say it all. While I prefer the weekday staff friendliness to weekend staff, I have not had an issue here with service.

Months ago I would’ve given 5 stars. But the other day I went in for butter cake. Theirs had always been an A+. The last one I got had barely any topping making it pretty dry. Used to be my favorite place to go.

Ordered 50th Wedding Anniversary cake for parents. Everyone loved the cake. Perfect sweetness, moist and delicious chocolate and vanilla combo with vanilla icing.
I would love to see them update their decorations a bit; but noone really minded because it tasted so good.
Highly recommend
Recommend their other baked goods (cheese Danish, cupcakes, sticky buns, etc).
I will be returning to try more from this bakery.
