Have contacted them 4 times to cancel my membership. They do not answer phone or emails. Gym is NEVER staffed. I am going to have to file a dispute with my CC at this point. Terrible customer service

I'm a fan of smaller gyms, and this place fits the bill. Not very crowded when I go (I see as many as 5-6 people), and I'm never fighting for equipment. I rarely see staff members. Equipment is in good shape. Men's locker room is in good shape, though in terms of space there's some to be desired. Overall, I like it, and I recommend it if you want a no-fuss gym.

I prefer small gyms. It's got everything you need for a good work out, plus some extras you don't see at a box gym.

My personal training experience at the WAC has been excellent! Collette has worked with me on a weekly basis to meet my short and long term goals. Throughout my sessions her programming has adapted to manage old injury flare ups and strengthen core areas that can help prevent further damage. Thanks to her knowledge, flexibility, and positive encouragement I’ve been able to meet my goal weight and achieve a healthier lifestyle.

There is zero customer service here. I have left multiple voicemails and reached out to all available e-mails listed online in regards to cancelling my membership. No one has attempted to get in touch and I continue to be charged monthly for membership. Would not recommend to anyone.
