I've been coming here for quite a while, and every time I go I'm excited to see everyone! The staff has always been fantastic and super friendly, while still being full of knowledge and ready to answer any questions I may have. This is by far my favorite store out of any other shops I've been to. It's been super exciting to watch this store grow in size too!! If you're looking for a new shop for your smoke products as well as adult, this is THE place to go!!

this place is not like ur usual sex/smoke shop - this was a full educational experience! hayley really walked us through our best options, answered all of our questions, and even reassured us on certain subjects.. i really appreciate an open conversation and not just a gratuitous/uncomfortable fend-for-yourself situation. thank you so much to the gals here, we will definitely be coming back 😄

Staff were very helpful and maintained a calm and relaxed atmosphere for the shoppers browsing in the storm. Hayley, Sarah and Candice were incredibly polite and kind when assisting any customer who had a question.

This place is amazing. They have EVERYTHING.. They’re doin a sale for October for breast cancer month which is amazing. But most importantly Megan!!! She was so kind, helpful and just a pleasure. And as someone who job is as customer service representative.. that goes a long way. Thank you Megan & Excitement.

UPDATE: 12/12/2024 - Excitement customer service did an EXCELLENT job resolving the issue. Puffco did not respond in their own window of service, and Excitement offered to replace the product and even verified that it was working/charging so I just dropped it off and headed on my way. I am upgrading this to a 4 star review. I am taking a star off only because they need a better agreement with Puffco. I understand that the restrictions were caused by Puffco policies and they may be protecting themselves against bad actors, but when you end up with honest people paying in time and frustration that's not a real solution either.
Backstory: I was sold a Puffco that had a defective vaporizer - it wouldn't charge. I promptly brought it back the next day - item had never been used. Was told that the policy for the product was everything had to be done by the manufacturer. No offer to make it right - and simply exchange the item. Basic inspection would have shown that this had never been used. Plenty of excuses were given - but no actual customer service or responsibility taken - it was all someone else's fault. The point of using brick and mortar is for convenience and making returns easier. But since this is no longer the case, I see no reason to use this store ever again. Only reason this has 1 star is that there is no way to submit with no stars.
