James had a general concern for our satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. I can't say enough about how great our experience was getting our roof replaced. His crew was friendly and hard working. They got the job done quickly. They cleaned afterwards and made our house look fantastic! They also did some painting for us and they did a professional job. We had a fantastic experience with J Parker Contractors. During a particularly heavy rainstorm, we discovered a leak in our roof and reached out to them for help. Despite the challenging weather, their crew arrived promptly and quickly put in a temporary patch to stop the leak and prevent further damage. Once the weather improved, they returned without delay and completed a thorough and professional repair, fully sealing the roof. The entire team was courteous, efficient, and clearly experienced. I had a significant roof leak on my flat roof of my rental property in Havertown that caused some ceiling drywall damage. I called about 5-6 reputable companies in the area not knowing if I needed a repair or replacement. James answered the phone, scheduled estimate for only 2 days later. He gave me repair and 2 replacement options with different products. I accepted the estimate for a replacement of the flat roof and also front side shingle replacement. As a courtesy, his crew tarped and taped off my flat roof to prevent any further water damage until our install date. His team replaced the roof within 7 days of the estimate. Every other company I called couldn’t even send an estimator out in the time J. Parker Contractor could fully replace it. James was great to worth with, answered every text or call during the process. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a repair or replacement. Thanks James!
