This is one of the most cleanest professional salon I’ve ever visited. The staff is incredibly polite and dedicated to their work. The owner takes great pride in managing her team and ensuring a positive salon experience. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for an high quality hair care service.

I have been a client of Pageboy for over 10 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everyone at Pageboy is dedicated to the highest customer service and makes you feel like a VIP. My hair stylist, Lauren, is a true master. I get compliments on my color and condition of my hair routinely.

Stylist was quite talented but staff in general are rather rude, oddly combative during the first 15 mins of my very first appointment about buying Kerastase hair products through them rather than online when I had a 20% discount ("why would you ask about using the Kerastase hair mask if you're not planning on getting it here?"). Made me uncomfortable but i went back a couple of times because she did good work.
Front desk staff is especially snotty and always act like every payment transaction or phone call is an utter inconvenience. Not an enjoyable experience when receptionists are the first introduction to a business for a client paying +300 per session, every time.
This salon is probably great for their other rich suburban lady clients in the area but we weren't a good fit. The stylists are good but their attitude is off-putting.

Edit to add owner called immediately to apologise after seeing this as a 1-star review. They seem nice on the phone and maybe this was just an unusually unlucky sequence. They offered to try again to schedule us. I have friends very happy with them. So I edited to 3-star as a neutral.
Maybe they cut hair well. I wouldn’t know.
Tried to go here. Appointment rescheduled three times. And the person who called was just rude. First reschedule (because THEY double booked) they called, then put me on hold to deal with another customer. Second and third reschedule done the morning of. Unacceptable especially for a place that requires a credit card to book and says they will take a fee if you reschedule within 24 hours. I recommend avoiding.
